“Making my future” connected young people from Estonia, Latvia and Finland to collaborate together for a better future .
Introduction
Making my future -project aims to support young people in shaping their future by learning new skills and by promoting self-esteem. We work together with young people by using socio-cultural and future guidance methods enhancing their potentials and innovating small scale projects aimed at having an impact in their communities.
The process includes a community study method via photo voice, art-based group activities and future guidance methods. The small scale projects or interventions are designed by young people themselves, to give them a voice.
Activities are arranged in three countries: Finland in January and Latvia in August 2020 and Estonia in January 2021. The final seminar will be arranged in spring 2021 in Estonia.
