STUE organises a variety of events that bring together researchers and other societal actors from different disciplines to share knowledge, build connections and create ideas for sustainable urban change. We are happy to organise joined events with research communities, groups and networks as well as public sector, civil society and business organisations. STUE organises seminars, keynote sessions and public lectures around important topics and themes related to sustainable urban change. The aim is to bring together researchers and other societal actors from different disciplines, to share knowledge, build connections and create ideas. We are happy to organise events in co-operation with societal stakeholders, research groups and networks. STUE organises events in co-operation with Tampere University’s Preaward team to offer information about different kinds of funding opportunities as well as a chance to network and workshop ideas to apply for them. Funding events are arranged jointly with Tampere University’s Preaward team.

Support for organising events

STUE offers support for research groups and networks based at Tampere University. We are happy to share information about events related to urban sustainability in our channels. Check out also STUE Action Grant for collaborative activities. The call for grants is open once a year, in the beginning of Spring semester.
