Mateas videos – our video gallery
The Immigrants as Clients in Health Care Services (MATEAS) project has produced a series of videos explaining how health care in Finland is organised and delivered. The videos are available in plain Finnish, Arabic, Dari, Somali, Persian and English. The videos cover primary care, secondary care, acute and emergency care, dental care and maternity and child health clinics, and are designed to provide immigrants with the information they need to access the most appropriate health care service for them.
We have also produced two short documentaries featuring the real life stories of immigrants living in Finland. These documentaries invite viewers to consider the reality of what life can be like for immigrants and to provide a platform for the immigrants themselves to discuss their thoughts about Finland and life in general.
