IEM Talks is an interview series from Industrial Engineering and Management at Tampere University. It introduces the people behind research, teaching, industry collaboration and academic development.
Through individual interviews, the series explores academic and professional journeys, research interests, career decisions, current work, and experiences that have shaped each interviewee’s path.
