SURE
Tampere-based project SURE creates a seamless blend of security and ambience for urban events. City visitors and locals alike can enjoy security and convenience, because SURE assists the authorities and event producers in planning, anticipating and testing the different event elements and ensuring the smooth running of the event itself.
The monitoring takes place without disturbing people in the city and with respect for everyone’s right to privacy.
Tampere Universities in SURE project
Tampere University team is the responsible partner in the work package 4: Co-design, citizen participation and urban security service design (WP4). Joint efforts with Tampere UAS team aim towards smarter, safer and more secure cities and events.
