The third mentor training day was held on Friday 23 March 2018 as a joint session for all participants. Professor Kirsti Karila steered the prospective mentors into reflecting on the professional profile of a kindergarten teacher. This session was followed by Maiju Paananen, who gave a lecture on the tools available for supervising ECEC work and their practices. During the afternoon, Päivi Kupila provided the prospective mentors with tools for their future mentoring work.
