The two-day Educa trade fair started on Friday 26 January 2018, with a programme built around a theme entitled ‘The teacher teaches!’. Päivi Kupila, the Mentoring in ECEC Project Manager, participated in a seminar organised by the Teacher Student Union of Finland (SOOL), which discussed the benefits and principles of peer group mentoring. In addition to Päivi, the researchers’ perspective was also represented by Professor Hannu Heikkinen, who studies teachers’ peer group mentoring.
