With the competition, JCI United wants to showcase employer success stories and encourage more organisations to recruit international talents who play a key role in Finland’s future economic growth. Competition is open 1-30 April for organisations located in Pirkanmaa Region, Finland.
Hidden Gems has a unique talent pool of international talents from different countries and career backgrounds. Talents, our Gems, are international spouses who have moved with their families to Tampere. They are looking for opportunities to re-start their careers. Therefore Hidden Gems will be excited to learn about the results of the competition and companies’ success stories in recruiting and onboarding of international talents. The stories will be studied and utilised in facilitating the employment and full integration of international spouses.
