Welcome to our community for spouses!
Tampere University wishes to equip the spouses with tools to find their own path in Finland by providing activities in networking, mentoring and professional development. Launched in 2018, Hidden Gems was the first initiative in Finland to support dual-career spouses. Since then, it has organised a variety of services and activities related to networking, mentoring and professional development, as a key for talent attraction and retention within Tampere region. Currently, the focus is on peer groups.
Funded by
The activities are currently funded by Tampere University and are part of the Talent Boost programme of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. The activities received funding from the European Social Fund in 2018-2020.
