Developing Teachers´ and Nursing Students´ Competencies in Digital Nursing

This international project aims to modernise the curriculum in nursing education in two Latin American countries using digital and active learning methods. The three-year project of 7 partners started in November 2020 and is an independent continuum project to DigiNurse and DigiCare projects.

Together towards future proof nursing curriculum through digital interventions

The global need for online nursing education and communication is increasingly important. This generates regional and institutional reguirements on providing high quality online education and consequately health care in the contexts of health promotion, disease prevention and management of chronic diseases in primary health care. The use of technology and active learning methods in Lating American partner countries provides “a giant leap” for digitalisation in nursing education and in health care services.
