You are warmly welcome to the Power from chips – Sustainable competitiveness and attractiveness for Pirkanmaa through semiconductor technologies (ERDF/EAKR-funded project) workshop.
The workshop presents Tampere University’s current and developing semiconductor research and development infrastructures, with a focus on the soon-to-open Noodi Experimental Research Hub and the SiPFAB (System-in-Package) pilot line, currently under construction.
Please, note that Noodi is not yet equipped at the time of this workshop and visitor groups (2 x 15 persons) must use protective gear provided by the constructor.
The aim of the event is to strengthen dialogue between companies and the university and to create opportunities for concrete RDI collaboration and shared use of infrastructures.
The Power from chips project (2025–2027) supports the development of semiconductor manufacturing and packaging infrastructure in the Pirkanmaa region and encourages companies to utilise Tampere University’s state-of-the-art research environments in their own development work.
Please register by Friday, 5 June, 2026.
