During 2020 and 2021, Mikko Poutanen has participated in four conferences – three of them online, given the current Covid-19 situation. In chronological order, these were 1) The Annual Conference of the Finnish Political Science Association in March 2020, held in Tampere, Finland (chaired); 2) European Consortium of Political Research in September 2020; 3) Interpretive Policy Analysis Conference in June 2021; 4) The Nordic Political Science Association (NoPSA) conference in August 2021 (chaired). All workshops related to higher education policy and changes in (Finnish) higher education institutions.
