Hybridity in health care organizations

EGPA conference was organized in Lausanne, Switzerland, 5-7 September. Hyper project was active in the workshop. There were several presentations by the team members.

Petra Kokko gave a presentation on the hybridity in health care organizations. In particular, she discussed value-based health care and the problem of ‘triple aim’ metrics in the context of health care policies and organizations. The triple aim is one good example of the attempts through which the multi-faceted characteristics of health care could be analyzed and measured. As always, the approach involves potential rationalities, but also lots of limitations.
