I am a “researcher” interested in engineering development and business collaboration and have plenty of work experience in software development (see Linkedin).

Responsibilities

I work as a researcher at the University of Tampere, Pori unit.

Current project (KAMU - From crisis to growth opportunities and renewal, 9/2021-8/2023) promotes strengthening of the business of Satakunta companies through applying RDI knowledge to foster innovations and business renewal, and thus increase the degree of digitalization of the companies.

I’m developing RDI assessment/development tool (KAMU application) .

Previous project (Less is more: Towards energy minimum of properties, KIEMI, 1/2019 - 12/2022) designed and developed methods and technologies to find “energy minimum” still preserving comfortable environment within the building. I was working with self-assessment web page and some data packet handling/development.

Previous project (Towards low carbon business processes by Green ICT, ICT4LC) accelerated the digitalization of business for SMEs in Satakunta region while enhancing the transition to more low carbon and energy efficient business processes. My work was related to self-assessment web page development and for piloting activities for Satakunta region companies.

About me

I did my Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Inner Mongolia University of Technology, China, in 2021. My research is dedicated to advancing the fields of Generative AI and software engineering. 

Responsibilities

The goal of my PhD project is to revolutionize software development by developing a system wherein multiple AI agents collaborate autonomously. These agents are designed to comprehend requirements, architect designs, write code, conduct tests, and perform debugging. This system is engineered to facilitate efficient collaboration and autonomous operation, coupled with stringent quality assurance. Additionally, it is equipped with capabilities that allow AI agents to continuously learn and enhance their performance over time.
