Our project’s Postdoctoral Researcher Maria Temmes participated in a seminar discussion organized by the gynecological patient organization Korento ry on May 17, 2024. The panel celebrated the 25th anniversary of the organization. The panel focused on the role of openness in the experiences and treatment of gynecological conditions. The discussion covered, for example, the impact of period stigma in work life, the silos in the treatment, and the role of fertility treatment in the treatment of gynecological conditions.
