The Faculty of Social Sciences at Tampere University has recognized young addiction researchers with the SOC Science Award. Among the recipients were members of The Gambling in the Digital Age research team. Heli Hagfors, Sari Hautamäki, Emmi Kauppila, Eerik Mantere, Iina Savolainen, and Anu Sirola were part of a larger community of addiction researchers recognized for their contributions to the field.
