George K. Zarifis’ (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) presentation “Barriers in international research on cultural diversity – terminology & languages, historical & cultural: foes or enemies?” is based on results from two European projects; some final results from the HE4U2 project, and some preliminary results from the EduMAP project .
The presentation will shed comparative light at some of the challenges faced by both researchers and policy makers in accessing, studying and deliberating on issues of cultural diversity and social vulnerability in the contexts of adult and higher education.
