XR-SPACE
The XR-SPACE project made use of edge computing to develop XR technologies and techniques for virtual modelling and analysis as well as for transmitting the modelling information over the network in real time. The project developed multi-channel analytics and risk management for vehicles used in professional operating environments, as well as new solutions for the needs of remote working using hologram development. The XR-SPACE project operated from June 2022 to end of December 2025.
The project was funded by Business Finland and had 11 project partners, with two universities and 9 companies in the field.
