The WorkAI -research project investigates how the growing integration of AI is impacting and transforming workplaces and the workforce.
The past few years have been pivotal in technological and digital advancements. Generative AI applications, in particular, have taken significant leaps forward. In the AI Disruption at Work - research project, we explore the perspectives and experiences of Finnish workers on artificial intelligence. We examine the use of AI, attitudes towards it, and the ways in which employees and organizations adapt to the changing situation. Our research generates new insights into this digital disruption and well-being in the work life.
