Kari Paasonen, doctoral researcher at the ‘What Works’ project, has published an article studying the relationship between unemployment and the Arab Spring. The article ‘Are the unhappy unemployed to blame for unrest? Scrutinising participation in the Arab Spring uprisings’ was published in Peace Economics, Peace Science and Public Policy.
