The project develops new service models utilising digitalisation for companies specifically operating at traveling, experience economy, mass events and services supporting such business. The identified business sectors are negatively influenced by the corona pandemic, related lockdowns and restrictions and therefore require innovative, digital means to boost their business.
The project methods include agile experiences, means to integrate digitalisation to boost the services and developing a new model of business. Pilots, workshops and genuine co-creation with SMEs at Pirkanmaa region ensure effective dissemination and exploitation of the project results. The most important identified result will be a model of digital service concept, that can be generalized to benefit most stakeholder groups in the area of travel and experience economy. The model will be especially useful if corona pandemic restrictions continue.
