Just as taking first steps in common project work, the consortium received sad news – one of the partner institutions in El Salvador was forced to withdraw from the consortium due to difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Other Latin American partners stepped forward using their networks to find a suitable institution to join the project. This way University of El Salvador (UES) got invited and agilely stepped in taking this opportunity to jointly develop nursing education further. UES has previous experience in partnering Erasmus + Capacity Building project and has vision to develop nursing curriculum towards competence based form and to integrate further active learning and digital skills into the forms of education.
The partners set up the process of applying amendment from the EU for the new composition of consortium.
