Demonic Possession and Lived Religion in Later Medieval Europe: chapter available on Oxford University Press' Medieval History Collection
Inspired by the Leeds International Medieval Congress held in 2021, Sari Katajala-Peltomaa’s Demonic Possession and Lived Religion in Later Medieval Europe was chosen to be a part of the Oxford University Press’ Medieval History Collection. Chapter Reasons for Possession is available for free on Oxford Scholarship Online.
First Publication of the Project
The project’s first joint article ‘Levd religion i det medeltida Finland’ (Lived Religion in Medieval Finland) is published in Historisk Tidskrift I Finland on issue 2021:2. It is a review article on the current state of religion research in Finland, written jointly by all project members. Simultaneously, the starting point of the research is introduced.
