How could adult education be more efficient in preventing unemployment and social exclusion among young adults? Does the adult education make enough for preventing political frustration among young people at risk of exclusion? What should be done to motivate vulnerable groups to take actively part in the social, economic and political development of the society? How could active societal participation be enhanced among immigrants and other vulnerable groups? The blog discussion aims to support dialogue between researchers, policy-makers, educational authorities and educators.
