Sam Farley’s visit supports collaboration in the Cyberhate and harassment research stream, especially on questions related to online victimisation and cyberbullying at work. Farley’s research interests include how people attribute blame for harassment at work, perpetrators of workplace bullying and harassment, and interventions that can improve employee well-being and reduce bullying. The visit further strengthens Emerging Technologies Lab’s international collaboration in research on digital harms, workplace interaction, and online behaviour.
Dr Sam Farley visits Tampere to strengthen collaboration on online victimisation and cyberbullying at work
Emerging Technologies Lab is pleased to welcome Dr Sam Farley from the University of Sheffield to Tampere. Farley is a Senior Lecturer in Work Psychology at Sheffield University Management School, where her research focuses on the darker side of workplace behaviour, including bullying, cyberbullying and incivility.
