CaPs project concludes with a final seminar
The Citizens as Pilots of Smart Cities research project, CaPs, is reaching its final few months. The project concludes in a final seminar in Oslo, Norway. The final seminar takes place on Thursday the 18th of April, in conjunction with Hovinbykonferansen 2024.
