Arto Aho and Timo Aho are presenting their experimental solar cell studies in the 46th IEEE Photovoltaics Specialist Conference in Chicago, IL, USA. Arto Aho will give an oral presentation on Monday June 17th with a title “Performance Study of Lattice-Matched Multijunction Solar Cells Incorporating GaInNAsSb Junctions with 0.7 – 1.4 eV Bandgap” and Timo Aho will present a poster on Thursday June 20th with title “Enhancement of EQE for MBE grown InAs/GaAs Quantum Dot Solar Cell with Back Reflector”.
The two studies will be published in the proceedings of the 46th IEEE PVSC later this year.
