AMETIST Team has studied the angular response of nanostructured ARC on GaInP 1-junction solar cells and the suitability of the nano-ARC for GaInP/GaAs/GaInNAsSb/GaInNAsSb multijunction solar cells. The findings are reported in ACS Applied Energy Materials.
