Hot Futures: Virtual Gallery
Virtual Gallery is a virtual experience designed for VR headsets, presenting artworks of graduating TAMK fine art students and letting users examining, interacting and experimenting with their art in a virtual space.
Virtual Gallery is part of TAMK’s Smart Art project supervised by Fanny Niemi-Junkola and Timo Kivikangas. It was developed and built with Unity by a team of Media and Arts students of different study paths, using VRTK (Virtual Reality Toolkit) as a framework.
Fintan VR for Finnish Embassy in Tokyo (360-degree video)
Fintan Sauna Experience – Antti Perälä A VR collaboration between TAMK and the Finnish Embassy in Tokyo aiming to bring Japan an authentic sauna experience, incorporating Fintan, the embassy’s mascot. Guests were able to shower and enjoy the virtual sauna by putting on the VR gear.
