Our last workshop was devoted to editing our co-authored paper according to the reviews. We got the editing plans in good shape!
All in all, we concluded that the workshop series allowed us to see how some aspects of new materialism could be analytically combined with conversation analysis. The discussions, readings and data sessions lead us to investigate and understand the role of materiality for interaction in more detail. This shared endeavour has added to our understanding of how people interact together and contribute to other’s actions especially in manual interactional settings, such as construction sites. We will let you know when the paper is published!
