Tampere University of Applied Sciences is Finland’s leading institution in developing and researching drone technology. For 12 years, we have systematically enhanced our expertise through various projects aimed at advancing drone technology. In many of these projects, drone technology has been developed interdisciplinarily with experts from other fields to be applied in different use cases. This has resulted in solid knowledge of drone technology and its usability. Drone technology has been integrated with artificial intelligence and the utilization of various sensors. We have been building our own drones since 2011.
