Recycled and Biobased Business Ecosystem Platform (Rebep) aims to promote the adoption of the circular economy in the Pirkanmaa region by strengthening the activities of both the private and public sectors and generating multidisciplinary knowledge for practical use. The project has four main objectives:
Objective 1: Develop a deep understanding of the challenges related to material circularity in the manufacturing industry.
Objective 2: Build a circular economy testbed that is unique in the Finnish context.
Objective 3: Generate knowledge, pilots, demonstrations, and commercial opportunities to support manufacturing companies in Pirkanmaa in their transition toward a fully circular economy through concrete examples.
Objective 4: Create ecosystem-based collaboration around the theme and increase shared opportunities for internationalization.
