Travelling exhibition in Budapest, 11-24 September 2020

In September our travelling exhibitionA Kaleidoscope of Childhoods: Remembering everyday life during and after the Cold War – was hosted at TRAFÓ house of contemporary arts in Budapest. The Tampere based Finnish Labour Museum Werstas and Tampere University‘s teacher education students are collaborating with us in preparing the project’s main exhibition opening in Werstas in February 2021.

A Kaleidoscope of Childhoods explores memories, aims to create connections between people and to crosses the boundaries of arts, research and the public, stir emotions, awaken imaginations, and bring the past to our present with a view of the future. The travelling exhibition accompanies the project’s theater play EAST, performed by Dollardaddy’s.
