We’re very pleased to invite you to our international symposium “Vitality of Water: Rethinking modernist hydropolitics and ontologies”, held at Tampere University Linna building (room 5026) on the 27th and 28th of May, 2025. The symposium will be also streamed on Zoom.

The symposium will open at 10am with a keynote lecture by Prof. Erik Swyngedouw, professor of geography at the University of Manchester, with his lecture entitled “A Political Critique of Political Ecology.”
