A Wellbeing Model for Multidisciplinary Interaction
Minä riitän! (I Am Enough!) is an ESR+ development project co-funded by the European Union. The aim of the project is to enhance the wellbeing of professionals in the social and healthcare sectors by strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration and interaction skills.
Background
Minä riitän (I Am Enough!) project responds to the growing complexity and resource challenges in social and healthcare services, which increase ethical stress among professionals. A lack of collaboration and interaction skills weakens wellbeing and makes it harder to work consistently as a team.
This project views wellbeing as a shared process. By strengthening interaction, professionals can reduce individual strain and build a collective sense of sufficiency. The developed model supports client-centered work and offers tools for navigating challenging situations together.
