The project has its own session at the Baltic Connections & SSESH Joint Conference in Economic and Social History at the University of Jyväskylä, 10–12 June 2026. Marja Jalava, Petteri Norring, and Olli Turunen will reflect on the concept of the Animal-Industrial Complex and its use in the study of the history of pig production in Finland.
According to preliminary timetable the session takes place on Thursday 11 June 15.30–17.00 (H105).
