Meaningful Digital Evolution (MDE)

The Meaningful Digital Evolution (MDE) project investigates how the ongoing digital transformation affects the experienced meaningfulness of work and productivity in the technology sector. The project is led by Tampere University and University of Jyväskylä and industry partners are KONE, Acolad Finland, Coresbond, Demola Global, Specim, STVY and tekom Europe. The consortium aims to discover what types of methods and digital, AI-based tools could be developed to streamline work processes and reduce work fragmentation and technostress, making work more meaningful and productive.
