What we do
Towards a Balance of Efficiency, Renewal, and Well-being: New Practices for Expert Work (LUOVAMBI) -project explores how to create a better balance between efficiency, renewal, and well-being in expert and knowledge work. The project focuses on the challenges and opportunities of multi-location and digitalized work, aiming to develop new practices that support productivity, creativity, and employee well-being.
The project is carried out by Tampere University and the University of Turku in collaboration with several corporate partners, and funded by Business Finland.
Implementation period: 1 November 2025 – 30 April 2028
