The INTO project is funded by The Finnish Innovation Fund (Sitra), the Finnish Infrastructure Agency, the Finnish Municipal Finance Agency, the Finnish Construction Industry Association, the City of Helsinki, the City of Espoo, the City of Vantaa, the City of Tampere and the City of Turku. In addition, the University of Tampere is providing significant funding for the project. The Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Finance are also participating as expert members.
