From April 28th to 30th, a thematic meeting was held at Tallinn University to discuss the current state of institutional capacity at the University of Education, Winneba and the University of Cape Coast. The discussion was focused on the Capacity Maturity Model, which had been submitted to all GOT Mobility Champions participating in the training visits to Tampere and Tallinn universities.
The meeting focused on analyzing the data collected through the model, with particular attention given to the open-ended comments provided in response to the various questions. These insights formed the basis for identifying potential areas and approaches for intervention to support the next phase of collaboration.
