eTraining FinPal cooperation project continues with the beginning of autumn semester. During August UTA and IUG teams have finalized the institutional Agreement that outlines the future cooperation between Islamic university of Gaza and University of Tampere.
The Agreement delineates the rights and responsibilities of parties, funding and payments, and acquisition procedures. It also refers to the management of the project and decision-making authority of the Project board. Reporting guidelines and timetable required by the HEI ICI programme are also included in the Agreement document. HEI ICI programme document, HEI ICI Administrative Handbook and Anti-corruption Handbook for Development Practitioners are enclosed in the Agreement’s annexes.
The Agreement is signed by UTA and IUG leadership representatives and covers the project period from 1st March 2017 to 30th March 2020.
