The Tampere University’s DIG1t0 project investigates artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms and the experiences of inequality produced by digitalised basic services and interventions.
In addition to user experience, we are interested in service design and the language of algorithms. We are currently recruiting interviewees for the research. To shed light on designer and service provider perspectives, we are asking: under what technological, economic and political boundary conditions are service systems created and used?
