It aims to analyze how emerging technologies affect the perception people have of themselves and their identities and how people in different countries differ from each other. UrbanAI (2021–2024)
The Urban utopias and dystopias: artificial intelligence in art and society (UrbanAI) -project combines the experimental traditions of social psychology and visual arts to envision urban utopias and dystopias. AIsola (2021–2022)
The Implementation of Contextual Complexity in AI-based Assessment Systems of Older People’s Social Isolation (AIsola) analyzes social isolation, behavioral patterns and socio-spatial contextual conditions of older people by means of Artificial Intelligent systems. More info: AIsola.
SocialBlock (2020–2021)
The Intelligent social technologies enhancing community interaction and sustainable use of shared living spaces in superblocks (SocialBlock) is an interdisciplinary project that explores how intelligent technologies can be used to enhance community interaction and motivate residents to share spaces in order to advance sustainable development of urban living areas. SOCIETAL project investigates the promise of AI solutions in maintaining human autonomy and agency among ageing population, while acknowledging the potential risks of social isolation.
