Introducing Hans Haase

Hans Haase: "With concrete tools and networks created during AI Champion, we can transform indoor air condition data into intelligent and predictive decision-making."

It is great to conclude the AI Champion project team introductions with Airlyse Oy's Senior Specialist Hans Haase, who sees AI Champion as an excellent opportunity to deepen our understanding of the possibilities that artificial intelligence offers as part of a modern IoT ecosystem.

Airlyse Oy is a Finnish company specializing in high‑quality condition sensors and utilizing the data they produce. Their products help companies monitor and optimize indoor air quality and other critical environmental factors in real time, improving both building energy efficiency and human well‑being. In AI Champion, Airlyse Oy’s role is to act as a practical bridge between technology and the end user.

“We produce large amounts of precise data, and through AI Champion we can develop ways to refine that data with AI into even smarter predictions and automated actions.”

Hans intends to use the research insights gained from the project in further product development.

“Our goal is to integrate the latest AI‑based analytical methods into our sensor solutions so that, instead of providing just data, we can offer our customers clear, research‑based recommendations and systems that respond optimally.”

In the Business Finland funded AI Champion Co-Innovation project, we aim to find out the design and construction challenges in Building Services and create a 100 AI Agents to solve these challenges and enhance the supply chains. Co-operators and funders in AI Champion are Tampere University, University of Oulu, Granlund, Fira, Koja Chiller, ETS NORD, Kiilto, GF BFS, Nimlas, LVI-INFO, Sähköteknisen Kaupan Liitto ry and Airlyse.
