University of Health Sciences (UHS) hosted the 4Steps teams from Finland, Slovenia and Vietnam in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in February for another memorable event. Dissemination of all the outcomes of the project were discussed and plans were made how to reach the midwife educator and student communities. Everyone will participate in sharing evidence based practices and help for it to take root. There are many things we can do to enhance midwifery, even with low resources. Attitude counts most and that is an important aspect of a project like this. What can we do now? Even the smallest steps to help families are important and each one counts. It can also make the work easier, better, and even more fun!
